A photo, used as a marker in AR, should comply with the below requirements:

1. A fair number of details. To solve this add an inscription or some element + the photo edges should be sharp
2. No large blur areas on the photo (for example, some problems may occur while using the bokeh effect).
3. If you need faster upload of your files to PRO, as well as you want to speed up file upload to your phone when pointing at QR-code – compress files in advance to make their weight less. Use the service here.
4. Proper aspect ratio. That means that the photo and the video should be proportional, video should be horizontal for horizontal photo. Otherwise, PRO will cut your videos. Video is cut to the photo size in PRO.

Since different AR technologies are used on different devices, these problems may be displayed differently on devices with iOS and Android operating system. It is recommended to check your animated photographs in both systems to avoid problems.
